An 糖心vlog传媒Indigenous Navigator will also be on NIC's Mixalakwila campus all day on Sept. 27 and all morning on Sept. 28 to answer any questions you might have about this one-time opportunity to start your culinary career. Details

This program is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous students and combines classroom-based and hands-on learning.

This special offering runs 40 weeks and combines essential skills training (including FoodSafe, WHMIS and first aid) with Professional Cook Level 1 apprenticeship training. Students attend weekly sessions from October to December 2021, then begin full-time training starting January until July 2022.
