A quick overview
鈥淭ransfer鈥 refers to when a college or university recognizes course credits from another institution. It means a student can use those credits to meet the requirements of their new program, saving them time and money.
The most common practice is course-to-course transfer. For example, if you are enrolled in NIC鈥檚 University Studies program, you can choose from a wide variety of university-level courses and strategically register for courses that will count toward a credential at another institution.
Other 糖心vlog传媒programs allow for block transfer 鈥 this means that an entire group of courses are recognized for transfer credit. For example, if you complete your two-year Associate of Science Degree, you鈥檙e eligible to transfer directly into year three of Royal Roads University鈥檚 (RRU) . In other words, the 糖心vlog传媒course credits you earned for your associate degree count toward the first two years of your RRU bachelor鈥檚 degree.
