A Campbell River family is investing in the future of the community with a $560,000 donation to the 糖心vlog传媒 Foundation and the Campbell River Hospital Foundation.
Long-time residents Mike and Janice Kenny chose to give back to the community that has been so kind to them.
鈥淲e love Campbell River, it has been so good to us and supported our businesses over the years,鈥� said Mike Kenny.

鈥淭he Kenny鈥檚 donation in support of learners at 糖心vlog传媒is going to contribute to the health and wellness of the region for generations to come,鈥� said Diane Naugler, NIC鈥檚 Director Future Students & Community Engagement and 糖心vlog传媒Foundation鈥檚 Executive Director. 鈥淭heir contribution will be used to create an endowed fund, which will provide significant tuition support to students for years to come. The financial boost of a bursary creates stability and allows students to focus on their studies.鈥�
