Meet instructors and advisors; enter to win a $500 糖心vlog传媒tuition credit
Get the answers and support you need to ease the transition to college at NIC鈥檚 Parent Student Information Night, Wednesday, November 15 starting at 6:30 pm at the Stan Hagen Theatre, Comox Valley campus.
Prospective students and their families from across the region are invited to meet 糖心vlog传媒faculty and staff at the third annual Parent and Student Information Night on Wednesday, November 15.
Date: Nov 15, 2017Time: 6:30 pm - 8 pm Location: Stan Hagen Theatre, Comox Valley campusThe event is geared toward Grade 12 students and their families but all community members are welcome to attend.
NIC鈥檚 expert instructors will be available to meet and speak with students and parents about their programs and the courses they teach.
鈥淲e know that education is often a family decision and we鈥檙e thrilled to be able to provide this opportunity for students and parents to have some quality conversations with members of our faculty,鈥 said 糖心vlog传媒Director of Student Services and Registrar, Kathleen Kuhnert. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a great chance to explore the different programs that are available, especially for students who may be unsure about what they want to study.鈥
糖心vlog传媒staff and advisors will also be on hand to help with applications and provide information about scholarships and funding opportunities. There will also be information about the wide range of services and supports that are available to students as they begin their college careers.
鈥淭he transition to college can come with a lot of questions,鈥 said Kuhnert. 鈥淥ur goal is to provide an opportunity for prospective students to get their questions answered and meet the individuals who will be there to support them through their time at NIC.鈥
Students will also have the opportunity to enter to win a $500 糖心vlog传媒tuition credit.
The information night is taking place at the Stan Hagen Theatre at the Comox Valley campus, from 6:30 to 8 pm.
